I moved professionally from being a Hypnotherapist into Psychotherapy relatively seamlessly. This transition demonstrated so clearly that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the change process.
During our therapy process you are able to feel at ease, comfortable, validated and heard, and this is how real life change and transformation can truly begin. I have witnessed this transformation in many of my clients over the years and this is what has kept my love and passion for personal therapy alive.
I bring a warm, sensitive and creative approach to my work. So that you feel able to be your authentic self with me and feel seen.
I have a passion for the creative fine arts, and painting remains a personal interest of mine today. I am also a mother to two young adults; I definitely integrate my wisdom from these parts of my life into my work with clients.
Being diagnosed with dyslexia and also parenting children with ASD and ADHD has also enabled me to develop a specialism in neuro affirmative practice. I have awareness and knowledge that informs my therapy approaches with neuro diverse clients. I welcome clients of all ages who experience a range of neurological differences. I create engaging validating and bespoke sessions for you, which respect your individuality and uniqueness. "
