Sessions are available with me online.
Therapy can be a positive decision to make for yourself. It can provide you with a safe space to explore your emotions and your experiences. Unlike your other relationships with family and friends, therapy seeks to provide a non judgemental relationship which allows you to achieve personal insight, healing and growth.
If you are facing challenges such as social anxiety, depression, eating disorders or coming to terms with your neurodivergent diagnosis, psychotherapy sessions can support you through your journey.
It's up to you how many sessions you would like.

Types of appointments available online or in person:

Single sessions which are solution focused and for anyone wanting to try therapy - 1 hour
